Carmen Mullen

Carmen, our Oral Health Therapist, recently moved from Darwin to Cairns and brings with her over 12 years of experience in the dental industry. She completed her Bachelor of Oral Health in Rockhampton and has worked across a range of dental settings, providing both preventive and restorative care to patients of all ages.

 

“My favourite part of being an Oral Health Therapist is working with children and helping people feel at ease, especially those who are anxious. I love to create a calm and welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and cared for. I provide preventive dental treatments such as check-ups, cleans, fluoride and fissure sealants, as well as restorative procedures, teeth whitening, and oral health education. I’m passionate about giving patients the tools and confidence to look after their oral health, and it’s very rewarding to see their smiles and comfort grow over time.”

 

Since moving to Cairns, Carmen has been busy exploring, enjoying hiking, and getting to know the area. She has also taken on the mission to find Cairns’ best donuts!
